Senior Folk Dance Ensemble ZIEMEĻBLĀZMA

The senior folk dance ensemble "Ziemeļblāzma" of Culture Palace "Ziemeļblāzma" of the Association of Riga City Council Culture Institutions has been operating only for five years, yet it has managed to present itself in several concerts and festivals both locally and abroad – at festivals in Sweden, Poland and the Czech Republic, and annually visiting friends from the folk dance ensemble "Kajakas" in Parnu, Estonia. The ensemble also has established a yearly tradition – the Golden Fall Dance Concert – with a participation of Latvian and Estonian dancers.
